Why Greg Biffle will not win the Chase in 2014: nscs_greg_biffle.png.main

Who’s this guy? A lot of people don’t realize it, but the Biff is quietly one of the best drivers in the sport. He just goes about racing, doing what he needs to do and just gets it done. But that doesn’t really cut it. It didn’t cut it when the Chase was about consistency, and it’s not gonna cut it now that the Chase is all about the knockout punch. The Biff always runs well, and is usually in it down to the wire. But he just doesn’t sweep the leg when he needs to. Oh yeah, and he still drives a Ford. Yuck.

Why Greg Biffle will win the Chase in 2014:

Greg Biffle needs to shake things up. And there’s only one of two ways to go about doing that. The first option, which most drivers would not suggest, is lose. The second option, just go out and freaking win. Unlike a few of NASCAR’s top drivers, Biffle has the exact same team he had last year. And the year before that. And the previous year. While these other guys are trying to figure things out – the Biff can be in cruise control. All he has to do is be consistent, consistent, consistent and then sweep the leg come Chase time. He’s got it in him. Just ask Boris Said.
